View-once content is opt-in
View-once photos and videos are never captured by default. If you want them included, you turn that on explicitly.
The Free tier covers messages and media from the last 7 days. Free covers messages from today forward — it can't recover chats you've already lost. Whole-account coverage of the categories above is available on paid tiers.
