1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Stora. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing cycles.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing
All payments for Stora are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle. Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
The refund amount will be in the currency you were originally charged in. Any currency conversion differences are outside our control.
4. What Qualifies for a Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent subscription renewal.
- You are a first-time subscriber requesting a refund on your initial purchase.
- Your subscription was renewed and you request a refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
5. Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase or renewal. If you request a refund within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment.
After the 30-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. You may cancel your plan at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is different from a refund:
- Cancellation: Your subscription will not renew. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund: A refund returns the payment to you. Your access to paid features ends once the refund is processed.
7. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and no charges are made during the trial period. Since no payment is collected during the trial, there is nothing to refund if you choose not to subscribe.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of:
- Requests made after the 30-day refund window has expired.
- Accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Repeated refund requests indicating abuse of the refund policy.
9. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
